With over 40-years of industry experience, there’s not much we haven’t worked through in managing and delivering on new construction projects. From carpet and hardwood to LVT and tile backsplashes or showers, we’ve got you covered - and will move heaven and earth to stay on schedule. In fact, we have dedicated an entire department of our operation to high-volume builders, just to be sure every detail is confidently taken care of in a timely manner. And should any emergencies arise, our key personnel are accessible nearly 24-hours a day to ensure you are completely comfortable and able to coordinate all moving parts in real time.

On the installation side, our teams are screened and hand-picked by us. Each is held to above-grade standards in workmanship and in their use of installation materials to minimize problems and unnecessary warranty headaches. Whether on payroll or subcontracted, most installers work exclusively with CSM Flooring, some for decades. Thus, we are able to provide finishing touches that our customers have come to expect, such as vacuuming all carpet after installation and offering protective covering over floors to limit potential damage during the final stages of construction. We also do all our own seaming and binding in-house, so delivering on custom stair runners and other tailored touches are just part of our everyday work.

Finally, in the unlikely event of water or mud soiling problems, we even have a separate crew and equipment to handle last minute carpet cleaning and emergency water extractions for our clients.
